I ran into a snag trying to get the activation code to work for the PST recovery software. I reached out via chat, and even though there were some bumps along the way, I was really impressed with the top-notch friendly assistance.

The support crew is quick to respond in the chat, and they provide clear help.

Ranjan is super knowledgeable and really helpful with what I was looking for after dealing with a bunch of headaches, errors, and failures.

I tested the software and it seemed fine, so I went ahead and bought it via PayPal. However, the link they sent me redirected to a sketchy site and got blocked.

I reached out to Support, and they were pretty helpful. After I showed proof of purchase, they gave me the Activation Key I needed. I checked the activation while on the line with Support, and everything was working, so thanks for that.

This software has a nice deactivation feature. That’s great because I can move it to another computer that can handle the data transfer. The installation went smoothly, but it wouldn’t activate.

I tried to get it activated on my laptop, but no luck. I contacted Support again, and they explained that it’s a one-time activation for just one machine. That’s a bit odd, if you ask me.

Still, they let me reactivate it on my other device but mentioned they wouldn’t do it again. Not sure if I’d buy from them again.

I’m honestly amazed at how great this software and the tech support turned out to be. It’s not the developers' fault, but transferring from Gmail to Gmail can take quite a while, so make sure you’ve got several machines on hand if you need to handle multiple users.
